Here's what you can expect:

FRIDAY EVENING, SEPTEMBER 20, 2013

4 - 7 pm - ALUMNI GATHERING IN BHS COURTYARD
Festivities will begin at 4:00 p.m. as classmates, teachers, old friends and neighbors congregate in the Brentwood High School Courtyard for an informal gathering to catch up and reminisce.  Don't be surprised if you hear the common phrase, "you haven't changed a bit" murmured throughout the courtyard.

5 - 5:30 pm GUIDED TOURS of BHS

7 pm  - FOOTBALL GAME

Classes celebrating reunions this weekend are 1953,  '58, '63, '68, '78, '83, 2003 and 1961 will be celebrating 70th birthdays.

 Classes from the 1980s and 1990s invite all alumni 21 years and older to a happy hour ending the evening at the Amerian Legion Hall on Collier next to Schnucks in Brentwood.

Make a 2012 BHS graduate happy with a donation to our Scholarship Fund.

1 - 5 pm - Visit our booth at Brentwood Days in Brentwood Park.

8:30 pm - Fireworks Display - Brentwood Days finale.

Back in the year 2000, two good friends were having lunch together. One was Marianne Hill Vahlkamp, Brentwood class of 1948; the other was Peggy Smith, a graduate of Clayton High School. However, Peggy also has a deep interest in BHS since she has lived in Brentwood a number of years and worked for the Brentwood School District at the high school. She also has 3 sons - Jim, '71, Bob '76 and Tom '77, a daughter - Jeanne '77 and three grandchildren who have graduated from BHS - Jenny 2005, Carrie 2007 and Kevin 2012. [Read more]

As the Saturday morning fog lifted, spirited alumni and friends gathered to renew acquaintances and enjoy the camaraderie of other golfers in the first annual Brentwood Alumni Golf Scramble. Fifty-two players representing fifteen alumni classes assembled in 4-person teams to challenge the delicately sculpted fairways of Pevely Farms in the newest activity over this year's 3rd weekend in September celebrations.
