Brentwood High School Alumni Association
POLICY FOR DISTRIBUTION OF INFORMATION
The Brentwood Alumni Association will cooperate in the distribution of information from groups associated with Brentwood High School or groups that are organized to assist with projects associated with the school as that information is in accordance with our mission statement.
Information shall not be distributed by the Association through use of the Association's mailing list, either directly or indirectly.
Requests for assistance with distribution of information shall be made to the BAA Board of Directors.
Available avenues for distribution by the Association, after approval by the Board of Directors, are: Newsletter, Website links, Notices on the website, Website message board, Distribution of information at the "3rd Weekend" all alumni gathering*, Distribution of information at the BAA booth at the Brentwood Days celebration*
*Distribution of the information, e.g. pamphlets, brochures, fliers, etc., will be the responsibility of the requesting group. Members of the requesting group shall be responsible for printing material and for staffing any facilities required for the distribution.
